Create your own search tool
Use the DigitalNZ search builder to create a mini search engine across treasured New Zealand digital content. DigitalNZ has connected together information about various NZ web pages, documents, images, video, and audio from a range of different organisations and contributors. Much of this content is not available from internet search engines... we're helping to uncover New Zealand's hidden and buried digital treasures.
Use this tool to explore an interest or hobby, use it in the classroom, or use it as a customised search across various NZ websites. Upload a logo, give your search a name and URL, send a link to your friends, and then grab the HTML code to put it on your website or blog. We used this same tool to create the Coming Home search.
We'd love to hear feedback or suggestions on how we can make this better. Or let us know if you've got questions. Get in touch via info@digitalnz.org.
