Description

A woman driving a car which is caught up in a traffic jam somewhere in New Zealand but probably in Auckland, asks the road-worker standing nearby with a 'stop' sign, when the jam will clear. He tells her that it won't be clear until 2016. There is a current shortage of funds for roading projects and many complaints about traffic jams and wasting of time. Quantity: 1 digital cartoon(s).
