Caption: With our present downturned economy causing a need to keep home renovating costs to a minimum and the 1990s move towards reuse and recycling Keith Whiting of Upper Hutt decided that the time was appropriate to set up "KJ's Building and Recycling" in Jupiter Grove, off Whakatiki Street, Upper Hutt.
