Miss Jane Winstone, of Wanganui, who was welcomed by the High Commissioner, Mr. Jordan, when she arrived in London recently. Miss Winstone, who was the youngest woman in New Zealand holding an "A" pilot's licence, will ferry aircraft for the Auxiliary Transport Service. (Evening Post, 06 August 1942)
