While 'Banana Wars' may seem like a slightly farcical concept, it's all a rather serious business. Fairtrade decided the time was ripe (pun) to start bring their ethical bananas into the supermarket market. Thom Watts caught up Fairtrade international CEO Harriet Lamb to talk bananas, chocolate and coffee.
