Caption: The team at Top Cut - enjoying the challenges of being in business in Upper Hutt. They later moved to Geange Street. Printed in greyscale in the ‘Leader’ on August 20, 1997. There were ten firms advertising in a 'We love doing business in Upper Hutt' feature; 'Recollect' has two views of Main Street and pictures from three of these advertisements; this is one.
