Caption: A new concept in shopping for shrubs and plants comes to Upper Hutt through The Plant Express, set up by Mark Rammell (left) and Fiona Scholten (right). Customers could telephone and describe their wants, and Plant Express would bring a ute-load of plants to choose from. Printed in colour on 4th September 1990.
