Caption: Scouts from Upper Hutt have been among those attending the Jamboree in the Wairarapa. The 10-day jamboree, at Woodside near Greytown, finished last Thursday. It was attended by around 4000 Scouts. Pictured: Moonshine Scout leader Keith Budd and Michael Garnett eye up the washing "still". Printed in colour in the ‘Leader’ on January 13 1999.
