Kiwi music legends Split Enz broke moulds with their inimitable new wave rock and zany art-school infused get-up, and introduced Te Awamutu troubadours Tim and Neil Finn (Crowded House) to the world. Formed in the early 70s the band went through various line-ups before dropping 1980 classic True Colours, with the single 'I Got You' topping international charts.
