Linda Chapman purchased this singlet from a display table set up in The University of Auckland's Quad to promote and raise consciousness for the Women’s Liberation Movement. At the time, Linda was an active member of the Women’s National Abortion Action Committee and attended many meetings in the Auckland University Student Union Building.
