Lieutenant James Cook's chart of New Zealand, showing minor errors (Banks Peninsula as an island and Stewart Island as a peninsula), surveyed on his first voyage to New Zealand (1769-70). Includes an 'explanation', such as anchorages, rocks above or below water, etc., and the track of the Endeavour around the country with dates . Relief depicted pictorially.
