James Tait-Jamieson (right), son of Cathie and Jamie Tait-Jamieson, is pictured milking in a rotary cowshed with Erik Schafran from Mannheim, Germany, who was in New Zealand to learn about organic farming methods and New Zealand culture (left). This cowshed was one of four on the property as a result of farm amalgamations. One former cowshed was converted into a milk and yoghurt processing factory.
