Printed in greyscale in the ‘Leader’ on October 4, 1993; the collection also has a 57 x 94 mm head-and-shoulder picture, used on the front page. He was the first layman to head St Pat's, and is pictured with his wife Veronica and sons Dominic and Austin. He had been deputy rector since 1990, and acting rector in 1991-92 while the current rector Father Jim Dooley was overseas, and would take up the rector's position in 1994.
