The 2019 Lincoln University State of the Nation's Environment Address.. This year is the 20th anniversary of our famous State of the Nation's Environment Address and we're delighted to host Dr Marilyn Waring as ur presenter.  . Dr Waring became New Zealand's youngest Member of Parliament when she was elected as a National Party MP in 1975. She'll discuss the current Government's wellbeing budget and its likely impact on the wellbeing of the environment.
