Eramiha Neke, Tene Neke, Neke Kapua (left to right) and young boy called Paoro stand in front of an urupa at a marae in Ruato. Two pou whakairo (freestanding carved figures) named Te Rangitakaroro and Taporahitana on each side of the men. A wooden fence and a cross in the background. "Ruato 1900" and "Urupa - Ruato 1900" inscribed on album page beneath print. Possibly the urupa at Ngapumanawa Marae (Ngati Rongomai) which is located in Te Ruato Bay, Lake Rotoiti.
