Description

Mattson's milk delivery lorry, Pakuranga, ca 1915. The owner, Albert Mattson, is standing beside the truck. The Auckland Farmers Co-operative Milk Supply Company Ltd, Auckland's first milk supply co-operative, was formed in 1913. Initial shareholders included prominent Mangere, Papatoetoe, Manurewa, Pakuranga and East Tāmaki farmers.
