Used for skimming cream from milk set in flat pans. A flat round metal plate with a curved outer rim. This metal plate has many punched small holes to allow the milk to flow freely through whilst trapping the cream on the top side. At the top side of the plate is a round metal handle., Metal, 45 x 175 x 165 mm (h x w x d)
