This is the best description of this item that we could find:In the early hours of 16 May, 1846, shots were fired at Almon Boulcott’s farm in Wellington’s Hutt Valley. Ngāti Hauā-te-rangi fighters of Whanganui, led by Te Mamaku had attacked British soldiers posted at the homestead.
