Description

Viewed about south-east down to the bridge approach. Traffic opposite coming from the city centre is backed up to about Abbotsford St - about forty cars. No traffic lights but a traffic officer is on point duty at the turn to the bridge. car third from right is a Jaguar Mk VII.
