Description

Glass negative, gelatin dry half plate. Portrait of a young girl and boy standing on a rocky sea shore by the bow of a beach row boat. The girl is holding a doll. Both children have sailor hats on. The seatback in the stern of the boat has the name Ettrick on it. Provenance: Lou Walker estate, via Jan Shuttleworth.
