Tomatoes (Lycopersicon esculentum) are a valuable source of antioxidant compounds such as carotenoids (especially lycopene), phenolics and ascorbic acid. This research was conducted to investigate the effects of cultivars, growing conditions and postharvest treatments on the antioxidant composition of greenhouse grown tomatoes.
