Nei rā he kōrero whakarāpopoto, he kōrero whakamārama nā ngā mema tuturu o te rōpū. Backgrounds a favourite kapa haka performing group of Waikato, Te Pou o Mangataawhiri, which was first established by Princess Te Puea Herangi, and later re-established by the late Dame Te Atairangi Kaahu. Features a brief history and commentary from the life members of the group.
