Shows oval portraits of King Edward VII and Queen Alexandra, flanked by rampant lion and unicorn. At the right stands a Maori woman in traditional dress, with a spouting geyser behind her. At the lower left is an inset of Maori and pakeha standing on either side of a table representing Justice. Native clematis, and English roses are used as decoration.
