'Old' St Paul's, with a large cabbage tree and part of a house to one side, seen from slightly further up Mulgrave Street. The top of the spire does not show in this watercolour, possibly because the artist has misjudged the placement of the church on the picture, and has run out of paper at the top of the sheet.
