The scene is a city street with two men on their way home from work. They pass a billboard saying 'Huatas granted legal aid.' Refers to the current trial in which former ACT MP, Donna Huata and her husband Wi have been charged with fraud. The joke is that the observation made by the man on the street refers to criticisms that not enough is being spent on military defence but the billboard headline refers to the legal aid that is being granted to the Huatas for their legal defence.
