Description

Shows a man standing on a beach and commanding that the huge wave advancing on him that represents power companies, banks, local authorities, food firms, and the oil industry, should lower its prices. The man has a bucket with the letters 'RBNZ' printed on it so the man is Reserve Bank Manager, Allen Bollard. He is doing a King Canute act in trying to stem the waves.
