Survey map for 91 lots and a grid of unnamed roads, near the junction of the Mason and Wai-au-ua Rivers. Lots 39-43 at the top left are coloured red indicating reservation for public use, with lot 41 labelled Jail. A block of land directly opposite these lots is designated for a cemetry. Opposite the bottom left of the subdivision is a lot with buildings designated Accomodation House.
