One operating room, 20ft x 15ft; preparation room, 14ft x 10ft; Cot lifts; Isolation wards, dispensaries, steriliser for surgical dressings, mortuary, officers' quarters, etc. Inscriptions: Verso - centre - [Undated letter from Jack to Tamate].
