Photograph taken by Albert Percy Godber, possibly at the Hillside Railway Workshops in Dunedin. 'Josephine' was a A "Fairlie" locomotive built by Vulcan Foundry, Newton-le-Willows. Brought to New Zealand in 1872, and used by the Dunedin and Port Chalmers Railway Company until 1876 when it was taken into ...
