Description

The cartoon shows Prime Minister John Key in three panels suffering a moment of insight when he realizes that what is happening in Libya and the Middle East has echoes in New Zealand and that mobs might overthrow him too. In the top panel he gives a statesmanlike speech about 'our Foreign Affairs people, keeping a close watch on Libya where the situation has deteriorated dramatically... It's a popular reaction to high youth unemployment, high food prices, widening disparities and ahem...ah......
