Whale boat with six crew, four men rowing, the harpooner poised with his harpoon and 200 fathoms of rolled-up line indicated behind him, the boat steerer also indicated, as well as the loggerhead on the stern of the boat. Length overall is indicated as 26 feet. On the verso is a scene in pencil with a rocky foreshore, several men, a ship probably moored close to one outcrop of rocks and whales visible in the calm waters beyond, two of them blowing.
