Description

Determines the species identity and relative abundance of invertebrates eating baits used for vertebrate pest control in two rata/kamahi dominated forests. Aims to enable the selection of invertebrate species to monitor during vertebrate pest control operations, and to predict the likely impacts of vertebrate pest control on their populations. Complements two other studies in podocarp/hardwood and beech forests in the central North Island.
