Refers to the sacking of the Chairman of the ACC Board, Ross Wilson, by ACC MInister, Nick Smith and possibly more changes to the Board. Nick Smith signaled he wanted changes to the governance of ACC after an independent report found the former government should have disclosed a NZ$1.5 billion funding shortfall in the pre-election fiscal update.
