Description

An enormous hot-air balloon that represents the 'Cost of living' floats off into the clouds when its anchor representing 'tax cut' is yanked out of the ground. A very anxious kiwi peers out of the basket of the balloon which represents 'NZ'. Context - As the day for the announcement of the May 26 2011 budget draws closer, the cost of living becomes greater and the possibility of a tax cut becomes an impossible dream.
