Surveyed cadastral map of section 14 and 15, Block 13, Belmont Survey District, Lower Hutt, totalling approximately 242 acres. Shows the frontal boundary line parallel to the Hutt Road, before and after the line was straightened. Shows the Hutt railway next to the road. Notes on the map state the frontage is 3000ft, and level ground frontage is 1500 x 160 feet depth (approximate). Value is stated as £3120 sterling. Quantity: 1 manuscript map(s)
