Reproduction of a painting by Jack Morgan, possibly on a page of the Auckland Weekly News. Depicts Samuel Marsden behind a pulpit, with the Bible, preaching to a group of Māori and Europeans. In a bay behind him are waka, a row boat and European ship the 'Active'. Atop a hill to his right is Rangihoua Pā.
