Programme for talks given by explorer, journalist and author Henry Morton Stanley at the Theatre Royal, Christchurch between 25 and 28 January 1892. The titles of the four lectures he sequentially gave were: "Through the Dark Continent" (Monday 25th January), "How I Found Livingstone" (Tuesday 26th January), "Rescue of Emin Pasha" (Wednesday 27th January), and "The Cannibals and the Pygmies" (Thursday 28th January).
