Description

The Hon Sir Robert Kennedy, chairman of the Royal Commission into the Waterfront, as Cupid, is shooting his arrows at a knight in armour, 'union boycott' without effect. He is trying to make a match between the 'union boycott' and the girl, 'waterfront peace', sitting beside him on a park bench. Kennedy tells William Sullivan, New Zealand Minister of Labour, that he needs a rocket launcher to penetrate 'union boycott's' armour.
