Description

Captain Bollons of the Government steamer Hinemoa with some of his crew, and whalers, capturing a sea lion on Enderby Island, probably at Sandy Bay Beach. Taken in 1909 by an unidentified photographer Note on back of file print reads "This probably Enderby Is not Campbell (see JUDD TL 6/6 Sept 1978) He thinks this is Enderby Is from other photos." Other - Photograph possibly taken in 1906, when the Hinemoa was collecting marine mammals and birds for the New Zealand International Exhibition...
