Backgrounds and details the UK Supreme Court decision in 'Lucasfilm Limited and Ors v Ainsworth and Anor' [2011] UKSC 39, involving litigation in both the USA and the UK over copyright for the stormtrooper helmet used in the original 'Star Wars' films.
