Description

Explains how although Te Hapua (just down the road from Cape Reinga) ranks high on the isolation index e-learning is improving attendance and achievement and teachers are discovering innovative solutions to the problems of isolation. Notes how the year 9-10 students take part in lessons at Kaitaia College via the internet service, with some videoconferencing of maths and science and some English programmes once or twice a week.
