Description

Showing a stereoscopic view of the swing bridge over the Tamaki River at Panmure, with the second bridge (ferro-concrete) behind, the swing bridge worked on a circular rail by a swivel, which gave a clear opening of 40 feet to allow shipping through, built in 1867 it was demolished in 1916
