Showing Oxford Terrace (diagonally left to right) and Worcester Street (through centre) and the Christchurch City Council Chambers, designed by architect Samuel Hurst Seager and built in 1887, with the Scott Memorial in the background, next to the bank of the Avon River, made by Scott's wife Kathleen Scott and unveiled in 1917.
