Showing the tombstones of David Stuart Lyell, Agnes Lyell, Keitha Fletcher Lyell and Clara Eliza Lyell in Anglican section of the Symonds Street Cemetery. The inscriptions read: In memory of David Stuart Lyell who died in Parnell 24th February 1890 aged 51 years; also his daughter Agnes Lyell who was drowned in the Manukau Harbour March 20th 1890 aged 15 years; also his son Hugh Winter Lyell who died at Santos Brazil aged 22 years.
