Ian Ross, public accountant. In the July 28 1965 "Leader" he was working with Doctor Heginbotham in an 'independent fact-finding committee' working on a proposed annual-value rating system; and in the August 25 "Leader" he was again standing for Council. In the September 14 1966 "Leader" he was standing for Parliament; this picture was used.
