Caption: An Upper Hutt motor mechanic for 11 years, Shane Mendoza of Mendoza Mechanical and Engineering has operated from his premises in Whakatiki Street for the past three years. Printed in greyscale in the ‘Leader’ on May 1, 1995. Mendoza Mechanical moved to Goodshed Road; initially in the former Upper Hutt Metals building, on the corner of Blenheim Street; later, to No. 34.
