Caption: Upper Hutt powerboat dynamo Peter Broeren sits in his 3-litre engine powerboat Buckshot which has taken him to the top of the 3-litre class this season. Printed in greyscale in the ‘leader’ on May 22, 1995. This brightened image has also had contrast reduced. The building is probably Allied Engineering's, in Whakatiki Street; Peter was co-owner.
