Caption: Well-known Upper Hutt hairdresser Karen Wilkie recently opened her new salon, Head Case, on Main Street opposite Maidstone Mall. Karen has 16 years' hairdressing experience and has owned several salons, most recently Zanie's in the Maidstone Arcade. Printed in greyscale in the ‘Leader’ on August 2, 1993. Still in business, 2015.
