Caption: The Queen's Guide Award was recently presented to ranger Melissa Lintern of the 4th Pencarrow Ranger Unit, by Mrs Margaret Miller, provincial commissioner for the Pencarrow Province. The evening was held in the Cannon Point Scout Hall and the many guests were welcomed by the ranger leader, Mrs Jill Lynch. The Queen's Guide is the highest award which a girl in the movement can earn and requires a wide range of skills. Printed in greyscale in the ‘Leader’ on April 7, 1992.
