Caption: Barry Gee, manager of the Upper Hutt funeral home and son of managing director Basil Gee. Their new Kingswood funeral home had just opened. Face printed in colour in the ‘Leader’ on June 13, 1994. The firm was inducted into the Wellington Region Business Hall of Fame, with seven others, in July 2016; the Hall of Fame had been set up in 2015 with 10 businesses.
